Please, I'm not sure quite motivates people to post messages to the list that they acknowledge are off-topic, but *don't do it*. It is quite clear that this list is for issues specific to Cocoa development on Mac OS X. If you find yourself adding "OT" to the subject line, or adding a phrase such as, "This is off-topic, but I'm posting here anyway" to a message, then *don't post*. If you're not sure whether something is on-topic, then ask the moderators. If you can't abide by this simple rule, then you'll be suspended from the list.
