Hi all,
My Core-Data application has a NSTextView field (with
appropriate bindings) and when I change text in it and
choose Quit, the application quits without asking
whether or not to save the changes.
Apparently, the problem is that when I choosse Quit,
the text field is not called to resign its focus.
Why not?
Do I have to do this manually (which I find hard to
believe!)? And if so, where? Do I have to go through
all windows of the document and call
[window makeFirstResonder:nil]
on it? Or is there a more elegant way?
Thanks,
Kaspar
Just as a remark: Checking the "Continuously Updates Value"
option in Interface Builder does not solve the problem because
the undo machinery then records every single key-stroke,
which I do not want...
