Ordered NSTreeController and NSOutlineView

  • Subject: Ordered NSTreeController and NSOutlineView

I know there had been previous discussion re: having an NSOutlineView/ NSTreeController arrangement that would allow the user to rearrange the order of items in the tree (move one sibling in front of another sibling, for instance).

Several months ago there were several suggestions about using linked lists, or an index variable to allow sorting.

I am returning to cocoa programming after a few months off, and was wondering if anyone had any working code for this before I reinvent the wheel (I wish Apple would add this functionality already!! ;)

Thanks!!!

Fletcher Penney
