__SimulateMenuClosed symbol not found

Hello list.
A user reported me the following error in Console.
The proble is I'm unable to find any references to this symbol
in the code; I tried nm -g every binaries in my application without
success.
This symbol does exists in 10.4 version of HIToolbox, but not if
10.3.9 SDK, that's coherent.
Can this be a mistake on Apple's side ? How can I fix this ?
