[ANN] HFS+ Checker

  • Subject: [ANN] HFS+ Checker

HSF+ Checker shows all the gory details of the HFS+ filesystem.

It shows all the naked internals you always wanted to know about and never dared to ask.
It can show the number and size of the fragments of a file; so, if you discover that your swapfile has more than 200 fragments, you might want to try a reboot.

HSF+ Checker also checks a few things - more or less the same as Disk Utility.

HSF+ Checker does not (and indeed cannot) modify the partition in any way.

It can be downloaded from: <http://www.mdenkmann.de>.

Kind regards,

Gerriet.
