If you go to Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools
you will see a number of folders such as File Templates, Project
Templates,
IB Templates along with others. Just add your set to one of those
folders.
For example if you add a folder to the File Templates called Brads
File Template
it will appear in the list when you do New File... Similarly for
Project templates.
Those are two that I have discovered in my experimentation in the
last two days
as I was researching how to establish project templates that meet my
particular
wishes for customised macros.
I've no idea whether or not this is approved but it works OK for me.
respect..

Hi all,
I couldn't find anything in the archives (nor on
google) about this, so I thought I'd ask here.
Is there any way to add custom file templates to
Xcode's File->New selections? There's a set of classes
I need to re-create fairly often, and being able to
just load them from a template file would be
especially helpful.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
