Sadly the book doesn't exist, or at least I haven't found one. :-\

all sort of sample code on how to obtain its functionality.
I bought one called "COCOA PROGRAMMING FOR MAC OS X" . It is a good
book and it help me a lot. But, it doesn't cover all the aspects of
cocoa but it is a good introduction.
