Entourage nightmare
Entourage nightmare

I'm a former programmer now delegated to system administration tasks. As such I'm woefully behind on the plist-interpretation curve. The following contents of com.apple.LaunchServices.plist caused a user's copy of Entourage to display a blank main window and then to hang Entourage itself (removal of this file allowed Entourage to function as Microsoft intended (!) again). If it can be answered quickly, can anyone tell me what is the faulty line in here that caused the abovementioned symptoms (I'm just curious more than anything else)? This is the total contents of the file (i.e. it is not an excerpt):
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
