When the drag has finished, and been accepted by the dragging
destination, the owner of the data that's been declared will be asked
to provide the data. By deferring this to the end of the operation,
you don't incur the cost of the tiff conversion unless the drag is
completed. (IE, not if the drag results in a slide back.)
