LSUIElement 1 still in Dock?!?

Hello,

got anybody any idea why on earth an application with a LSUIElement of 1 in its Info.plist may keep occurring in Dock?

Info.plist contains

        <key>LSUIElement</key>
        <string>1</string>

out of desperation I've tried also

        <key>LSUIElement</key>
        <integer>1</integer>

with absolutely the same reason. Thing sticks there as glued, regardless how often I relaunch it...
