Changing content of a window

Hi everyone, I have a simple question but can't find anywhere how to do it. How do I change the content of a window when, for example, a user clicks on a button on a toolbar? Similarly, I have to write a little configuration wizard in my app, so how could I change the content of the wizard window when the user clicks on the "next" button? Is there any way to do it in Interface Builder or I have to do it programmatically? Thans a lot!
