I actually just ordered the Hillegass book, and also realized why I had
chosen another one to start with. Hillegass isn't available in eBook form,
so I can't cut and paste code samples and such. Another pity.
@ Kevin's suggestion, it is in fact a fine tutorial. Unfortunately, Scott
hasn't completed it, IMHO, by continuing on and teaching the full course.
But hopefully Hillegass will take me the rest of the way.
Cocoa seems like really an enjoyable environment, and I'd like to get the
most out of it, if I can.
