Localizing User Data

Hi everyone. I am writing an application that will be delivered with some data already present in it. The application will manage data using core data. The problem is I don't know how to localize text present in the data. Since it's not embedded in application source code, i cannot jus use localized strings. does anyone have suggestions? Thank you.
