Bill -
I know you wanted to know if there was one that exists, and I am sorry I wont be giving you that, however I will attempt to sway you into knowing that it would be a bad idea.
I use .NET...A LOT. I recently went under a new project. When you are speaking in terms of programming languages, the phonetics of a language like .NET would be quite an undertaking. For programmers to create that sort of technology, there really wouldn't be a point. Object libraries and frameworks from something like .NET to Cocoa just wouldn't happen. If that was the case apple would have quite a technology on their hands.
Advice - If you are really worried about objective-c check out http://www.mono-project.org, it may yield your needs. If all else fails just take the plunge and learn the language and API. For a savvey (sp) C# .NET programmer like me, if you embrace it, it's really not that bad. It just takes some getting used to. I hope this helps. -Jerrod

Thanks.
