I know nothing about Flash, so I can't really help you on that front!

But I think it's more important to ask yourself if any of your users
will be using 10.1. You couldn't/shouldn't need to make big changes to
code for an operating system that is five years old, and probably no
longer sees active service in many homes and businesses.
