Consult NSDictionary's documentation (and that of NSDictionary's ancestors). The answers are there. Specifically, there're the -copy and -writeToFile:atomically: methods.

A lot of the questions you've been posting could be answered by spending some time researching the API you're using. You won't become an effective programmer without good research skills.
