These are yes. It's just accessing the resource fork of the alias
*file* that isn't threadsafe because the Resource Manager isn't
threadsafe.
You aren't likely to run into the problems of *ResolveAliasFile*
unless you resolve them in multiple threads, explicitly use the
resource manager, or implicitly use the resource manager by using
another function that uses the resource manager, which are usually
font table related.
