fixed 1st row of NSTableView

I was unable to get an NSPopUpButtonCell to work properly inside an
NSTableHeaderView so now I'm wondering about how to make the first row
of an NSTableView fixed with popups inside it and and just be able to
scroll from the second row on down. The header view would still
contain the title of each cell column. Only the first row would have
NSPopUpButtonCell's while the 2nd on down would be normal cell text
field rendering.

Is this a good way to go about it or would ya'll suggest something different?
