Unfortunately doing a google search of my archive for any of the terms you mention returns nothing, mostly because there's so much noise about similar topics. If you can give me dates of the posts, that would be very useful.

References to all three of the views you're looking for (source list view, itunes-like split view, and address book card view) have been discussed / posted on this list previously. Search the list archives thoroughly. Some of them have full example source in people's blogs, etc. while others are just suggested approaches. Have fun.

Hi, I'm writing an app that requires two views that aren't normarily
in AppKit, but being the lazy git I am, I was wondering if anyone else
had written them for me.

The first view is something like the iTunes source list, and the split
view that goes with it.

The second is something similar to a card in Address Book -- basically
providing inputs for lots and lots of different settings that go
together to make an object.

Any help is muchly welcome.
