How to make a Cocoa application to run in different locale?

Hi, I was amazed how easy it is to localize NIB. Now I have 2 questions: 1) Where can I find list of "proper" names for different languages ( so I can put my localized NIB into right folder), 2) Once I have multiple translations in my application, how can I switch from one to another?
