Does anyone know how to bind NSArrayControl to six buttons as I have described and also bind to a NSTabView? Or, is there a way to increase the height on NSSegmentedControl to accommodate a 48x48 pixel icon?

Well - are you interested in building a preference window like that in Mail, or do you want help with your specific implementation?
