can someone explain me the meaning of timeValue and timeScale in QTTime structure ?
I have to create a movie from a set of N images, with a frame rate of M. How can I calculate the right values to pass to QTMakeTime based on these variables ?

Basically, scale = 1 means time value of seconds, scale = 1000 means time value is milliseconds.

I guess you will get better answers in the quicktime-api list.
