LSMinimumSystemVersion doesn't work at all in 10.0.x and 10.1.x, and doesn't work correctly (the application just quits with no explanation) in 10.3.x. Even when it works, the message it displays isn't all that helpful because it doesn't mention the minimum OS requirement.
