iPhoto like mail composing

hi,

I want to add an e-mail composing feature like iPhoto to my application.
I needs to work with Entourage and with Mail.

What are my options on creating this:
a) AppleScript
b) mailto technique? Does it work with photos and attachments?
c) a cocoa class?
