AdditionalEventParamDescriptor odoc

I want to use [NSWorkspace
launchAppWithBundleIdentifier:options:additionalEventParamDescriptor:
launchIdentifier:]

But can't seem to get an odoc event built so I can have it open a file for
which I have a path (wither an NSString or NSURL.

Any source example of this?
