NSRulerView Question

  • Subject: NSRulerView Question

hi!

i need my NSRulerView's marks to show a logarithmic scale.
but i don't know how to do it.
how do i specify linear/exponential/logarithmic behavior in the registerUnitWithName:... method?
or am i missing something obvious?

there's actually one other question: i have a horizontal ruler and i made it show seconds.
ok, now 60 seconds is a minute. hm. so some xx:xx display would be cool.
and when zoomed in enough, it would be great to see some milliseconds.
how can this be achieved?
how can i specify custom nuber-display in a measurementUnit / NSRulerView?
thank you!

max
