This URL has been out of date for some time.

The sourceforge page is the one I've been using for some time, since it's linked from Apple's Data Formatting docs. Maybe this needs to change?

The correct URL for ICU date/time patterns is:
http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr35/#Date_Format_Patterns

That page is almost as monstrous as the Carbon File Manager Reference :).
