I'm releasing a thin Cocoa wrapper around ICU for regular expression
support which I've named CocoaICU.  CocoaICU is released under the New
BSD License.  The API is similar to the C++ ICU RegexMatcher and
RegexPattern classes.  It should be useful to anyone who wants Unicode
compliant regular expression support or to anyone who wants to see how
to link against libicucore on Mac OS X.

Comments, suggestions, bugs, patches, etc can be sent to me.
