Can't get simplest use of WebView to work

Create a new Cocoa project in PB, open MainMenu.nib, open the window, drop
on a WebView, build and run:
*** -[NSKeyedUnarchiver decodeObjectForKey:]: cannot decode object of class
(WebView)
What does one have to do to get a WebView to work in a simple application?
Ironic thing is, I've recently shipped an application that uses WebViews in
complicated ways: embedded within split views within tab views within split
views. Worked fine, never had any problem like this...
