Sure you can. You can compile it without thread safety enabled and deploy it
in a highly multi-threaded situation. Oops.

Seriously though, it is a great product and has served me amazingly well.
(Except for that one time when I didn't follow my own instructions for
upgrades!) It cannot be recommended highly enough--assuming a situation
where more than single-user single-thread is needed.
