Preferences binding update NSTextField and user defaults

  • Subject: Preferences binding update NSTextField and user defaults

Hello,

I'm using a preferences panel in my application and have bind TextFields to user defaults.
I don't know how to get and set user defaults.
My use case is: the user can setup a starting number for a counter in the preferences pane. This starting number is used by the application and it will increase the counter if needed. But I must also increase the value in user defaults so that the new starting number must be the last increased value by restarting application.

Thanks,
Ferhat
