Dock Icon and NSWindow.

Hi All,
I was trying to place an NSWindow over my applications dock icon but still
bad luck so far.
Actually what i need is to put a transparent window above the dock icon and
that should always
be linked(i.e. on changing the postition of the icon the windows position
should also chage) to the
application.
