The solution is simple. GET SOME PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE.

- It is possible to learn Cocoa without going through the painful way
of learning C first?

There is no royal road to knowledge. You can put up with the pain now, in a structured way as you work through a good book; or you can put up with the pain later, in a random way as you get frustrated with things that it's assumed you understand as as things you didn't learn earlier come back to bite you in the butt. The former will probably lead to more immediate pain but less pain overall.

- Can anyone recommend me a good book( I prefer books, tutorials are
good for me, but I prefer to start from a Book) to start from the
scratch?

I've already made recommendations. Asking the same question again doesn't change my answer.

_C: How to Program_
_The Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs_
_Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X_

- Should I start with AppleScriptStudio and Applescript first?
- Should I learn something definetely easier like RealBasic?

Neither of these is definitely easier: the hard part is *programming*, not coding in a particular language, and the difficulty of the *programming* depends on the complexity of the task.

I know it sounds akward..."this guy wants to learn how to fly a 767
without even gone inside a Cesna", but I really would appreciate any
guidance.

That's *exactly* what it sounds like. You want to read a book and become a software developer. It doesn't work like that.

Learning to program competently will take you at least 3 or 4 years of time. If you insist on taking every path that looks like a shortcut to the inexperienced, it will probably take you closer to 10 years, if you accomplish the goal at all.
