Well, I consider myself as a fairly experienced C/Obj-C programmer. I've tried several times to use AppleScript to my advantage, read the entire AppleScript reference, tried again: No clue, this language is still a mystery. Coding in Obj-C is a snap compared to it.


So no, I can't recommend to learn AppleScript with the goal of learning Cocoa/Obj-C.
