Notification of selection change/no selection from NSBrowser?

NSBrowser really is in need of some TLC from Apple, isn't it?

Anyway, is there any way for NSBrowser to generate a notification for when the selection changes (or goes away) ?

I am trying to tie the enabled state of a button to the selection state of the NSBrowser and unlike NSTableView, it is not clear whether or how this is possible (without a great deal of fuss).
