The docs are very clear about what to do.  Are you having trouble with a specific step?  If so, it's better to ask these questions on the xcode list.

I thought the docs made it simple enough.  For the most part, just ensure you're using the 10.4u SDK and set your targets to generate code for both PPC and x86.
