The C Programming Language is in stock at the 3 Borders locations closest to my house. I think I'd consider it rather out-of-the- ordinary if any sizable store didn't typically stock a book that's so fundamentally important to many active programmers.

Well, the Niles, Ohio borders doesn't stock basic c books. they migrated to strictly c#, a couple objective-c books, and c++. and the kind of information i need is only in the basic c books.
