You're doing it wrong.
FIRST you learn how to write Cocoa programs (and you'll want to use Xcode at this stage).
THEN you can design and implement a way to use Cocoa with Harbour.


Trying to do both things at once will cause you to waste a lot of time and produce a sub-optimal result.
