Did you check your console for potential error reports?

Just in case this is a common problem with a common solution, I'll throw it out without too many details.

I recently moved to 10.4.4 and XCode 2.2.1 from 10.3.9 and XCode 1.2 (?). My project and its resources, code, etc. worked fine without modification. Just some new compiler warnings. No problem really.

The documentation urged me to move targets to "native." I agreed, and the new native target and its built app also seem fine on my development machine. However, when I try to run the app on another machine (one 10.4.3, the other 10.3.9) I just get a brief glimpse of the app's icon in the dock before it disappears. This had not happened before in numerous such moves. The switch to native had evidently put me into 10.4 mode, so I switched to the 10.3.9 TDK choice, but it made no difference for running the compiled app on the other machines. The old target (saved by XCode, I'm glad to say) still works fine for generating an app I can run on the other machines.

Any ideas?
