Dear List,
I need to know about ALL changes made to the file system by ALL
applications not only my own. I have tried using the
NotificationCenter defined on NSWorkspace without success. I then
googled to try and find something relevant. I did find
http://www.kernelthread.com/software/fslogger/ which describes
something that would do the trick, but the gentleman in question does
not delineate how to do this, rather encouraging you to buy his
upcoming book on similar subjects. While I may well buy the book, I
can not wait that long to solve this problem. How can one do this,
and preferably not only when logged in as root ?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Vincent
