What do you mean by "doesn't respond"? Is it failing to load, or does it load but the windows and controls are not behaving properly?

If you're loading it by calling +loadNibNamed:owner:, does that return YES or NO?

Are there any custom classes that were declared in the old nib that might need to be redeclared in the new nib?

Just for grins, have you tried doing a Clean and rebuilding? How about closing the project and reopening it?
