If you ***must*** do this to your interface, there's no
supported / remotely easy way to draw the menu bar into the window.
HOWEVER, you could draw your main menu bar (probably best to do this
with a custom view), then handle the mouse clicks to pop up the
appropriate NSMenu instances for each rectangle that defines your
menus in their collapsed state.
... if that makes sense.
Another HOWEVER: Don't do this. This atrocious UI design will mark
your application as amateurish and Mac users in general are squeamish
around amateurish-looking apps.
