Well, obviously the sample code doesn't display this behavior, so it can't be exactly the same as the docs ;)
What exactly are you doing in your delegate methods? Maybe some code snippets are in order.

I just take a look at the stack trace but no help, it seems that the error comes from the run method of NSApplication.
