value = selection.map[Region Array Controller(NSArrayController)]

The value binding uses an NSImage -- see <http://developer.apple.com/ documentation/Cocoa/Reference/CocoaBindingsRef/BindingsText/ NSImageView.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/NSImageView-DontLinkElementID_221>.
