This is how I do it. You need to show the pallets and select "Data
Views". Next click to select the table and then click once on a
column header. The header should be blue and the column under it
should be a dark grey. Then drag from the pallet the little check
box, or what ever view you want, in to the column. This should place
a small triangle in the upper right corner of the column header.
