NSBundle path functions don't work after moving .app ?

The various NSBundle pathForResource-type functions break if you move the application while it's running - it seems to still be searching the path that existed at startup...

Is this expected? Some apps seem to handle being moved around without any problems - are they implementing some trick that I'm missing?
