Setting sub entities in code does not propagate attributes and relationships?

Hi List,

I'm running into a strange case when I set the sub entities of an entity from one in another model, after the models have been merged.
So, checking the code, the super entity is correct, and the entity inherits the relationships from a superentitiy in the same model, but NOT from the other model's....

Strange... the only work around is to copy and paste the entities from the other model into the main one and set the super entity in the modeler....
Is this a bug or am I missing some kind of "[mom commit]" type of method?

Any help is appreciated.

Andre
