NSToolbar bindings?

Does NSToolbar have any kind of bindings support? I would like to:

- Bind the enabled state of toolbar items, as I have done with my corresponding menu items. - Use bindings to connect a toolbar's selected item index to a tab view, to implement a toolbar-based preferences window.

These things aren't very hard without bindings, but it's still the difference between some code and no code.
