Installed CHUD_4.3.1, still no headers?

I'm trying to invoke Shark from my code to do some profiling of specific code paths(calling chudStartRemotePerfMonitor and chudStopRemotePerfMonitor). I am trying to find the headers for chudRemote.h. I removed CHUD and ran the latest installer from the ADC site (CHUD_4.3.1) I still see no headers in the framework. Are the headers still available? Can I just link against the headers that I have in my 10.3.9 SDK? Is there a simpler way to profile the time spent in a particular code path?
