reference to own window?

  • Subject: reference to own window?

In my MainMenu.nib I have a single window with some controls on. I've created a new instance of NSObject class to connect to the controls on this window and have the relevant .m and .h files in my project.

I can reference the controls by creating Outlets for them, but do I need create an outlet for the window itself if I want to refer to it in my project?
